Most booking software wants to become your whole register. CulinaLink doesn't. It owns one job — selling and managing seat time — and links everything it does back to the systems you've already built your café around. Nothing to rip out, nothing to migrate.
How it works

Guests book & pre-pay
A guest picks a seat and a time block and pays upfront with Stripe. The seat is held for them — and an abandoned checkout releases it automatically, so the room never sits falsely full.

Staff check them in
Scan the guest's QR code or type their short confirmation code at the counter. Walk-in? Staff create the booking and take cash, card, or a comp at the till in seconds.

Everything links back
Each booking, check-in, and cancellation is signed and delivered to your POS or comms platform — reliably, at least once — so your systems never quietly drift out of sync.

Every booking carries a scannable QR and a short human-readable code — for when the phone's dead or the guest just reads it aloud.
Walk-ins & counter sales
Staff book guests at the till and record how they paid — cash, card terminal, or comp — so your floor and your software always agree.
A signed integration feed
Booking events post to your own webhook, HMAC-signed and deduplicated, so the café's existing POS and comms can react without polling a database.
